I’m Kate – a Certified Online Coach, Nutrition Coach, Women’s Coaching Specialist, and Menopause Coaching Specialist.

I coach busy midlife women to lose fat, build strength, and feel healthy and confident again - without restrictive diets or unrealistic routines.

As a busy (40 something) mum of three teenagers, I understand what it’s like to juggle work, family, and your own goals. My coaching focuses on balance: helping you get results while still living your life.

The KO Coaching Method uses evidence-based nutrition, strength training, and mindset support to help you make progress that lasts. Every plan is personalised, supportive, and built around your lifestyle.
